§1 Scope of Application
These Terms of Service (ToS) govern all subscription agreements between BlueSharkIPTV (hereinafter "Provider," "we," or "us") and end users (hereinafter "Customer," "you") regarding the delivery and use of our digital streaming services.
BlueSharkIPTV delivers premium digital IPTV feeds to customers throughout the United States and North America. Access includes over 1.3M+ live channels and 60,000+ VOD releases delivered in 4K/8K via high-bandwidth CDN nodes with proprietary Anti-Freeze™ zero-buffering technology.
§2 Formation of Contract
Displaying plans on our website serves as an invitation for you to request access. When placing an order via our automated checkout, WhatsApp desk, or email, you submit an offer to purchase. The contract is executed when our system transmits your Xtream Codes or M3U credentials.
§3 Services and Pricing Structure
All active subscription pricing is displayed in US Dollars ($USD) including all setup fees. BlueSharkIPTV strictly enforces a one-time payment model with zero hidden fees. We never enroll customers into unauthorized recurring credit card rebills. At the expiration of your purchased duration (3, 6, 12, or 24 months), service simply concludes unless you proactively renew.
§4 Payment Processing & Gateway Security
Payment is rendered immediately upon ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and major cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT). Transactions are encrypted via Level-1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. BlueSharkIPTV never stores credit card details on its servers.
§5 Activation & Credential Security
Upon payment verification, your login credentials (Xtream Server URL, Username, and Password) are dispatched within 5 minutes via WhatsApp or Email. You agree to safeguard your credentials from third-party distribution. Simultaneous connections are strictly constrained to the device limit authorized by your purchased tier.
§6 Permitted Residential Use & Restrictions
BlueSharkIPTV subscriptions are licensed exclusively for private, residential household entertainment. Commercial re-broadcasting in bars, restaurants, or public venues without enterprise licensing is prohibited.
§7 Service Availability & SLA
We strive for continuous 99.9% uptime across all broadcast streams. Redundant multi-CDN architecture ensures stability during monumental live sports broadcasts. Occasional routine network optimizations are scheduled during low-traffic off-hours.
§8 Duration & Proactive Renewal
Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of their paid term without unexpected renewals. Customers who wish to retain active service can renew at any time by contacting our 24/7 WhatsApp desk.
§9 Statutory Withdrawal & 7-Day Refund Guarantee
While digital streaming credentials are consumed immediately upon delivery, BlueSharkIPTV voluntarily provides a 7-day money-back guarantee for technical incompatibility, provided usage has remained under 5 cumulative hours and the 24-hour test trial was not abused. §10 Data Privacy

§11 App Activation Courtesy
On plans of 6 months or longer, BlueSharkIPTV covers the third-party activation license fee for Smart IPTV (SIPTV) on Samsung and LG Smart TVs upon submission of the device's MAC address.
§12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all legal disputes arising hereunder are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the State of Montana, excluding CISG conventions.
